Certified physician assistant Dominic Sorrentino Jr., PA-C, is an anti-aging specialist who established Affinity Wellness 4 Life in Bradenton, Florida, almost two decades ago. Sorrentino was born and raised in Buffalo, New York. He received his bachelor’s degree in biology from the University at Buffalo and Daemen College in Amherst, New York. He went on to complete a physician assistant program with honors and became licensed as a PA-C in Florida in 2001. 
Sorrentino also earned nutrition and personal training certifications, and he is certified and trained in aesthetic medicine. He has also competed in and won several local and state bodybuilding competitions.
