Carversteak is the forthcoming modern steak house restaurant opening in Midtown this spring from Carver Road Hospitality, spearheaded by CEO Sean Christie and the team behind the award-winning Carversteak in Las Vegas, Rosevale Cocktail Room and Starchild Rooftop in New York.

The menu from Executive Chef Daniel Ontiveros will feature a robust steak program, alongside sharable small plates.
