Consumer Direct Care Network Virginia (CDVA) serves as a Fiscal/Employer Agent (F/EA) for older adults and individuals with physical, intellectual, or developmental disabilities who elect to self-direct their care so they can remain safe, healthy, and independent in their homes and communities.

We work with the Department of Medical Assistance Services (DMAS) and Managed Care Organizations (MCOs). With these services, you have more choice and control over the care you receive and the person who provides that care.
