Fred Pomphrey established Banfield & Pomphrey Funeral Directors on the High Street in Hastings in 1946, before moving to our present premises in Ore around 1990.

Our team will provide advice at every stage of the funeral planning process, and will arrange an individual and unique funeral to help you celebrate the life of your loved one.

We also offer a prepaid funeral plan, Choice. With a Choice Funeral Plan, by paying towards your funeral, you could help loved ones with funeral costs. Plus, as you are able to record your personal wishes, you could also help them with difficult decisions when the time comes.
