Our East Valley medical clinic provides: • Primary care services (Family Practice and Pediatrics) • Behavioral health services (Medication Assisted Treatment Program, Medication Management, and more) • Mental health services (Psychiatric Evaluations, Counseling, and more) • Covid-19 Testing and Vaccinations Visit one of our locations today or book an appointment/telehealth appointment online! Hours: Primary Care: Monday – Thursday 7:00 am to 7:00 pm (appointment only) Behavioral Health: Monday – Friday 7:00 am to 7:00 pm (appointment only) Medicated Assisted Treatment Program: Monday – Friday: 4:30 am – 12 pm, Saturday: 6 am – 12 pm.
