Hope everyone had a wonderful 4th of July!! We had a great time participating in all the festivities, even in our first golf cart parade with our “Jake from State Farm”.

The Colony Library is having a fun Summer Reading Challenge for all ages. Kids get a bracelet with different charms for each level, along with free books, a trophy and other prizes after completing the challenge. Such a fun way to get kids excited about reading this summer. We’re loving it!

The Colony Back to School Bash was an awesome event last night and provided school supplies to 500 local kids. We were proud to help sponsor it and loved seeing all the kids come by excited for school to start. Thanks to The Colony Parks & Rec for organizing a great event & @Popstroke for providing food to all the kids.

Friday night lights at The Colony High School’s home game and then Movies in The Park. It’s been a busy week. Loving this weather and seeing everyone get out in the community.

We had the best time today at the Bow Wow Luau at Hawaiian Waters. It was such a blast seeing hundreds of dogs running around living their best life at the water park, jumping in the wave pool and swimming in the lazy river. It was priceless.

We had a blast last night at the National Night Out party hosted by The Colony Police Dept. It was fun seeing so many community members and kids playing. Our kids loved getting to play on all the cool trucks!!

“On Wednesdays we wear pink!” Breast Cancer Awareness month is especially important to us, because we have our very own breast cancer survivor that we get to share our days and life with at work. Reba is incredible and rarely gets to share her story or her struggles, but we know she is not alone and there are many others out there that have battled it and are still battling it. We will never stop praying for a cure and we are beyond grateful for the fight that Reba and many others have put in to

Another great community event. Trunk or Treat Fall Festivals are the best. Love seeing everyone’s creativity decorating their cars and how much fun the kids have.

Happy Halloween everyone!! We’re having a blast and loving all these costumes. Everyone stayed in costume all day. It was super fun and I feel like we should have dress up days more often. The votes came and the Penguin won (aka Reba).

This week is National Animal Shelter Appreciation Week. We wanted to recognize our Animal Control Officers and the wonderful team at the shelter by providing lunch for their team yesterday. We are grateful for the service they provide our community and taking incredible care of the many animals that come through the shelter. Thank you

Happy Veterans Day to all our heroes! We owe you everything and are grateful for each of you. We had the opportunity to meet “Lucky” (102 year old veteran) at Rotary Club’s Veterans event last week and then attended The Colony’s American Heroes festival.
We are also blessed to have 2 veterans on our team and working in our office. Thank you to Nate and Karen for your service.
