Mike’s Auto Service & Repair is owned and operated by Michael Zabik. Mike is an ASE Certified Master L1 Technician with over 30-years of experience! Mike attended Westfield Vocational High School and Graduated in 1988. His first job in 1987 as a professional technician was at the old Westfield Ford. While still in high school Mike attended several Ford trainings which continued through the years. Mike received ASE and Ford Master Technician status in the early 1990s. After working at a few different Ford dealers, Mike went on to work for Applus Technologies as an L1 supervisor. While there from 1999 until 2004, Mike worked on the Massachusetts Vehicle Inspection Program doing everything from training vehicle inspectors to helping Registered Repair shops with hard to diagnose vehicles that failed inspection. In January of 2004, Mike opened Mike’s Auto Service & Repair in a small 2 bay shop performing all types of repairs and MA State Inspections. In January of 2007 the business was relocated to its much larger and current location. Over the years Mike has added a lot of equipment enabling the shop to perform just about any repair from oil changes, 4-wheel alignments, to major engine repair and transmission replacement. He employs only experienced technicians that will treat YOU and YOUR vehicle with the utmost courtesy and respect! Mike’s Auto Service & Repair provides a full range of automotive services including preventative maintenance, major and minor repairs on all makes and models. Mike’s is the area’s only independent Ford, Lincoln, Mercury Specialist. The area’s only Certified Female Friendly Repair Shop and currently West Springfield’s only State Registered Repair Shop!
